Rental Apartment

Finalised in 2019, this three-bedroom rental apartment, located in the same block as the penthouse, was designed with a neutral colour palette to suit a variety of tenants. The layout and finishes were planned to work seamlessly for both short- and long-term rentals. Our scope included producing detailed 2D plans, realistic 3D visuals, and overseeing the final execution of the project to ensure a cohesive and functional result.
