This 3-bedroom duplex penthouse project began after certain finishes, such as tiling and electrical works, were already completed. Our scope included producing 2D plans, 3D visuals, sourcing and purchasing furniture, and creating select feature walls. The overall design blends modern style with antique touches from the client’s own collection. Spaces covered included the kitchen and dining area, living room, main bedroom with walk-in, a boys’ spare bedroom, and a smaller guest bedroom. Storage solutions played a key role, with all work executed within a strict budget.
