Industrial Penthouse

In 2020, this penthouse, was designed with an industrial aesthetic, featured a low ceiling height, requiring adherence to regulations that allowed only 30% of the space to be fitted with a false ceiling. Serving as an extension of the floor below, which already had a spacious living area, the focus here was on the dining and kitchen zones, complemented by a main bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. We also developed a concept for the expansive outdoor space, dividing it into distinct zones: relaxation, jacuzzi, kitchen and dining, and laundry. For this project, we produced detailed 2D plans and 3D visuals to bring the design vision to life.
