3 Bedroom Terraced House

This project blends modern and industrial styles while retaining select traditional features. A standout element is the wooden and metal staircase spanning all floors. The ground floor features a spare bedroom with a kitchenette. The intermediate floor houses an office area. The main bedroom and walk-in wardrobe are situated on the first floor. A small flight of stairs was introduced to provide access to the ensuite bathroom both from the main bedroom and the intermediate floor. Additionally, the first floor includes a gym and storage room, while the second floor offers an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, alongside a laundry and bathroom.

We handled the 2D drawings and 3D visuals for this project, which is currently in the pipeline as the client awaits permits.
